Thereto you can match the GLA competencies to a client's competency model. To do this effectively, follow these steps:
Understand the client's competency model: Familiarize yourself with the client's competency model to gain a comprehensive understanding of their organizational goals, values, and desired skills and behaviors, defining these skills. Some organizations have well-articulated competency definitions, and some just use labels (e.g. teamwork)

Describe the Client's leadership competencies in the Excel y-axis
The GLA competencies are outlined on the x-axis and the GLA survey items that define each competency are on the next tab.
Align GLA competencies with the client's model by marking the cells that best describe the same competency. Less overlap is better, as in this case, the GLA best assesses the client's competencies.
As you know from the e-learning and certification training, the GLA survey cannot be customized, as this undermines the validity of the GLA assessment and the accuracy of the norming. In the rare case that clients feel that certain GLA competencies do not apply to them, e.g., tech-savvy, they could simply ignore the GLA results.
