All respondent groups (Direct Reports, Peers, and Others) are anonymous, except for the Managers respondent group. Most leaders will only have 1 or 2 managers. It is important for the leader's development plan to be aware of their manager's feedback.
Managers have the option to make their responses anonymous when taking the survey. If they choose this option, their responses will be automatically listed under the Others respondent group.
To protect anonymity, a minimum of 3 completed surveys are required per respondent group in order to close and generate the GLA360 report. The report cannot be generated with less than 3 completed surveys in an anonymous respondent group. In such cases, respondents can be manually moved into one group (e.g. Others).
This can be done by editing the respondent and updating their selected respondent group.
