Setting up your (first) engagement

Setting up your (first) engagement takes 5-minutes. Follow the steps below and review the video explanation hereunder:

  1. Go to the engagement tab and start by adding a new engagement

  2. Next, add the leader's name and email details

  3. Proceed to add Leadership Growth Areas (we recommend 1-2 LGAs, though a maximum of 4 is possible)

  4. Add coaching sessions; typically, 6 months involve 7 sessions, 9 months consist of 10 sessions, and 12 months encompass 13 sessions. Customize session names as needed.

  5. Finally go to the coworker tab and add coworkers to engage, such as managers, direct reports, peers, and others.

This concludes the setup, and you are now ready to initiate your first Feedforward.
