Your demo engagement is a powerful way to show your coaching prowess to your clients and an effective way to practice in the coaching training sessions.

Why set up a demo engagement in the Coaching Tools:

  • Learning and Practice are the foundation of successful coaching. To master the coaching tools effectively, creating a demonstration (demo) is essential. This demo serves as a practical platform for testing and refining your coaching approach. Moreover, recording demo sessions becomes a valuable resource, aiding in personal improvement and providing content for your website and social media platforms.

    Elevate your coaching service by marketing the Triple Win experience. Utilize the recorded coaching session from your demo engagement as a potent marketing tool. When to set up your demo:

  • We recommend setting up your demo engagement immediately once you start using the coaching tools, as it provides you the practice and experience you need and gets you ready for your practice and training sessions where you will be using these tools.

 

How to Use:

  • Open the GCG Coaching Tools application.

  • Go to the Templates and Resources and open this Gdoc: 'GCG Coaching Tools - Set Up your Coaching Demo for Clients'

  • Follow the instructions in the video below. The video is 20 mins, and you need to pause the video at times to set up your demo engagement. Your demo engagement setup is divided into three steps, and we advise you to use the information provided in the Gdoc above to expedite the setup process:

    • Go to 'Engagement' and add the leader's name, email address, their two Leadership Growth Areas (LGAs), and ten sessions in the engagement. (Time required < 5 mins).

    • Next, go to 'Coworkers' and add the coworkers' names and emails. (Time required < 5 mins).

    • The last step is 'Feedforward'. Here you set up and launch feedforward and add in the suggestions from coworkers. The Gdoc examples will help you save time, or you can choose to use Chat GPT, as explained in the demo. (Time required < 10 mins).

The total setup time for your engagement demo, including watching the video, is 40-60 minutes.
