The Pulse tool is designed to measure the impact of the improvements perceived by the leader and coworkers.
Details on the Pulse survey questions and a Pulse report sample are in this KB article

Why Use the Pulse Tool:
Ultimately, what truly counts is the satisfaction of both coworkers and leaders with the impact of the improvements on developing better leaders, better teams, and better results.
The Pulse findings gauge progress, provide direction, and generate additional momentum for the leadership coaching journey toward greater success. Consistent measurement and evaluation are essential for leaders to make continuous improvements.
This empowers the coach to create their triple win: more impact, more time, more coaching.
Whereas a disciplined process and regular measurement intervals accelerate leadership development, the structured approach ensures that leaders can track their progress effectively, leading to better results faster.
When to Use:
Every 3-4 months during a coaching engagement
Launch the Pulse data collection 3-4 weeks before your next coaching session where you plan to debrief the Pulse report
How to Use:
Launching the Pulse:
Set the Feedforward start date as the date when the leader started asking for suggestions from coworkers.
Set the launch date and the close date as the day all data has to be collected by. The launch will commence at 9 am in your local time zone, according to your account settings. To start collecting data immediately, click "Launch Now."
Schedule reminder emails before the close date. Reminder dates are highly recommended to get the best results. You can edit these dates at any time.
You have the option to send manual reminders whenever you deem necessary.
Review and update the coworkers' list if needed. You have the flexibility to activate or deactivate coworkers before you launch the pulse (and during data collection).
Monitoring Data Collection:
Following the survey launch, coworkers receive an email containing a survey link.
As the data collection unfolds, you can conveniently monitor the progress, review results, and send reminders (see above).
The data collection does not automatically conclude on the specified closing date. Coworkers retain the ability to submit their surveys until you manually close the data collection. Furthermore, should you wish to, you have the option to reopen the data collection at your discretion. This manual control ensures flexibility in managing your data collection process.
Review Results and Generate the Report
After you close the data collection, you can review the final results, update the report (if needed), and download the pdf report. You are now ready to debrief your leader in the next session.
While it's generally discouraged, you can edit the report by reopening the pulse, copying the survey link in your browser, and adjusting survey results as needed. Afterward, you can manually close the data collection, review the results, and proceed to generate the report, although it's essential to exercise caution when making edits to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
