The Pulse report is designed to provide insights into leadership growth and its impact. To get a more detailed understanding, you can refer to the accompanying video. The report typically spans between 5 to 10 pages, depending on the number of leadership growth areas (LGAs) and verbatim comments.
The Pulse reports on the questions that assess satisfaction with improvement in leadership growth areas (LGAs), overall leadership effectiveness growth, team effectiveness, and organizational results. It also includes the communication of LGAs and action plan implementation. Additionally, coworkers and leaders have the opportunity to provide additional feedback, sharing examples of effective leadership behaviors and suggesting further improvements.

Satisfaction with improvement in each Leadership growth area, along with averages per breakout group (self, managers, direct reports, peers, and others), and the spread of opinions.

There is a high correlation between the implementation of action plans and leadership growth. Questions in this section measure process discipline, evaluating how well leaders communicate their growth areas and how effectively they implement their action plans.
