Pulse launch timing and data collection duration

The optimal duration for a Pulse data collection is 3-4 weeks. To achieve the best results, it is recommended to set up the pulse and send weekly reminders. Additionally, manual reminders can also be sent. The Pulse survey includes feedforward, so there is no need to collect Feedforward (using the Feedforward tool).

How to generate the pulse report if Less than 3 coworkers' responded.

To ensure quality data, we recommend including 5 to 15 coworkers in the survey. However, a minimum of three coworkers' responses is necessary to ensure anonymity as promised to them by the leader via email. In case you have only one or two responses, you can click on 'Update Report', download it, and debrief the client. As a coach, it's essential to emphasize to the leader that the anonymity of the respondents should be respected in the interest of everyone involved.

Some respondents have submitted the pulse survey, but their results are not shown in the Pulse report.

Each time you review the Pulse results, the latest report is generated to include the most recent data. In case you suspect that the latest submissions may not have been included, simply click on the 'Update Report' button to ensure all the latest results are included in the report. This will allow you to download the most updated version of the report and provide feedback to the leader in your next session.
